There are three 35KV electric substations in the park, capable of supplying 120 million watts per day. Furthermore, located right alongside the park is Asia's largest 500KV alternate-direct current electric conversion station. | |
| Natural Gas Supply |

The industrial park has already used a more effective natural gas, which is channeled in from the western provinces of China with the capacity of 300,000m3 per day. The "west gas" mainly refers to the natural gas resources discovered in the Xinjiang Tarim Basin. "the transportation of the natural gas from the west to the east" project constructed about 4,200 kilometers pipeline, which transport the natural gas from Tarim Basin to Shanghai, Zhejiang through Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, supplying the civil and the industrial use for provinces along the line. | |
| Telecommunication |

There is an independent Electronic Telephone Exchange,with the capacity of 100,000 program-controlled telephones and is able to provide ISDN, IDD, DDD, ASDL, FTTB and other advanced telecommunications services. | |
| Sewage Drainage |

Beside the park there's a sewage-discharge project with a daily treatment capacity of 100,000 tons. | |
| Rain water drainage |

Adopts the "concealed piping and natural flow method", with pipe diameters ranging from 450 to 2000 mm, amounting to drainage capacities of 3 cubic meters per second (according to historical records, the largest downpour over the past 100 years would take less than 15 minutes to drain through these pipes). | |
