| Fengxian district, which Fengpu Industrial Park located in, is near to the Huangpu River with north side and the south of fengxian close to the Hangzhou Bay . Every year Shanghai has 8 months' southeast monsoon when clear sea breeze will be insufflated into Fengxian. While the northwest wind comes in winter, the steam screen which is formed by the vapour of the Huangpu River can keep the dust of downtown off the river so that Fengxian is the place with the best air quality in Shanghai . The dust fall in fengxian is only 10% of the downtown's. |
